As Dearborn Market is still family owned and operated since 1925, you very well may see the owners on the floor assisting customers or devising ways to make your shopping experience a more pleasurable one. The owners, Frank and DJ Luccarelli are here to help you in any way they can. While we do request that you first seek out our customer service representatives or managers with any questions or concerns you may have, Frank and DJ are always happy to hear from you. Frank Luccarelli • President

Frank oversees all operations at Dearborn Market. From assuring that the latest shipment of produce is of the highest quality to making sure that our greenhouse grown flats of annuals will be at the height of color on time for Spring and Summer planting, Frank manages it all. He is consistently seeking out new and inventive ways to better serve our customers including scouting out new managers to better serve your needs to finding ways to cut down on your deli wait. Frank is a lifelong resident of Holmdel and even serves on the educational board for the Holmdel school system. Frank continually looks for new methods to grow the business while keeping the same family traditions alive of quality, great selection and outstanding customer service.
Vice President • DJ Luccarelli
DJ oversees all aspects of the Produce, Specialty Food, Catering and Deli Departments. DJ works closely with our team of chefs and managers to maintain the highest quality of freshness and taste. He strives for every product that goes out onto the selling floor or is delivered locally or nationally, to be the best it can possibly be. From our fine line of catering, deli items, produce, gourmet food items and gift baskets, DJ continually monitors what goes on in each department. DJ looks to expand and refine our catering menu and products, always looking for our customer's input as to how we can best suit their needs. A long time resident of Holmdel, DJ is on the board of several volunteer groups helping to better serve the local community.
Tom Davidson • Director of Marketing, Merchandising and Promotions

Tom is on hand to market the property through in-store events, promotions and community involvement and by working closely with our ad agency, Sirius Advertising. Tom also coordinates the Giftware buying and assists with any Visual Merchandising efforts at the property. Tom's background includes consulting with many national retailers and shopping center developers, teaching Visual Merchandising at his alma matter, Parsons School of Design and owning his own retail gift shop in Red Bank, New Jersey, Home & Vine, Inc.
Randall • Garden Center Manager
We’re delighted to have Randall Miller on board as our Garden Center Manager. Randall was the Garden Center Manager for Parker Greenhouses Farm and Garden Center in Scotch Plains, NJ for 9 years where he was responsible for overseeing a very large staff, their plant selection, marketing, merchandising, sales and shipping. He has a special affinity for roses and is especially knowledgeable concerning their selection, propagation and care. Randall is always available to assist you with any questions you might have. Whether it is simply starting vegetables and annuals from seed, the best way to fertilize your lawn, designing a gorgeous landscape or planting a colorful urn, Randall is here to help you enjoy gardening and all the beauty it has to offer.
Joe • Head Chef
Please join us in welcoming our new Head Chef, Joe Imbrenda. Joe has been in the restaurant industry for the last 16 years. Originally from Hazlet, NJ his training includes The Culinary Education Center in Asbury Park. Joe specializes in both Italian and Mediterranean cooking and recently sold his partnership as owner and Head Chef at Julia’s in Atlantic Highlands. Joe’s signature dish are his not-to-be-believed crab cakes. Joe also occasionally teaches French cooking classes at Sur La Table in Marlton, NJ. Dearborn wishes Joe the very best and looks forward to his contribution in bringing Dearborn’s catering and food offerings to the next level of success.
Bob • Produce Manager
Enjoy meeting Bob Tanganelli our Produce Manager. Bob has been in the produce industry for more that 30 years owning his own wholesale produce company. Bob is always on hand to help you pick the ripest melon or let you know how best to prepare any kind of vegetables for an upcoming meal. Bob prides himself in only having the freshest hand picked selection out for your enjoyment.
David • Greenhouse Supervisor
